Not with the nappies themselves, I haven't actually tried them yet  but with the customer service.
The applique I orginally wanted weren't available, so Meredith sourced some other similar ones, and then when I ummed and ahhed about what color PUL/fleece/snaps I wanted (Indecisive? Me? Never!)she put together 8 different combos for me to look at so I could make up my mind. 10/10 for customer service - and it's great to support products made by a WAHM at the same time  -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)

I agree - even though Brenna had her little 'accident' the other night, Meredith was fabulous when I rang her!! She gave me some good ideas about other inserts to add. Very easy to talk to and helpful 
ETA: I also ordered a nappy and it is great! Fits Brenna really well ------------- My beautiful 2 girls...nearly 4 and 13 months

Meredith is really lovely and is fantastic at customising nappies / helping you work through dilemmas. My girl is an odd size and a heavy wetter and she has been wonderful in helping me find a solution that works well for us. |

Ditto everyone who has said Meredith is great, she is just awesome to deal with. I got my BH nappy a few weeks ago and love it, would like to buy more but have to wait for DH to forget that I already have enough!
As Emma said, the quality is excellent and they are such lovely nappies. Have even used mine overnight and no problems. |

I love them! They arrived yesterday and as usual I put them on the gremlins without washing first and fully expected them to leak from needing a prewash but nope. A 2 1/2 hour nap (unprecedented for them!) and not a leak in sight. And they are toooo cute! They are cut on the smaller side tho, so I'd definitely advise sizing up if your bub is nearer the upper end of the weight bracket (or is it just that my gremlins have thunder thighs like their Mama  )

I really want the hedgehog nappy, but have to wait until next month I think, especially since we are just about to go on holiday.
Ahhh - holidays or nappies, how to decide!
Will be ordering a large size, got the medium and it fits at the moment but agree that it is on the small side. |

I know! Although it's in medium so I might have to get Meredith to make me a large. The candy snaps are very cool eh. Now to try to figure out how to convince DH that we need another nappy! he he! |

OH LORD!!! i blame Emma for this!! as she put me onto the website!! lol (whereas i actually thank her for it!!...as it is my new addiction!!!)
So anyway i went on baby harmony to get just the one NB nappy from the sales and i said i would only spend $15!!!..............$100 and a week later and im sure it wont stop there!!!!
iv found my 2nd addiction along side Tweedles - Baby Harmony!!

haha! thats what i did Leish! she sent me some combos to choose from and i couldnt decide so DH decided for me we got a black one with white inside, candy snaps in black white and silver and an applique on the bum that says "S**T HAPPENS"

I loved that applique but mum was buying this lot of nappies and I wasn't sure she would approve. I like the sound of that nappy actually. Esp the silver on the snaps.

hehe I showed my mum the applique cos she heard me laughing!! and she laughed too and thought it was very appropriate! lol i thought she wouldve slapped me! lol
Meredith is going to send me through some pics when she goes to snap the nappy to make sure i like the look of the candy snap in those colours

We had lots of problems finding MCNs that would work well for our bubs and Meredith has been fantastic in helping us work through our problems. We are very happy with our new harmony naps ------------- Mummy to Gabrielle and Ashley |

I sent an email the other day asking about prices ect cos we want about 30 for the twins and I was so happy with the service!
She got back to me that day and gave me a range of options and said that I can layby them!!! The only thing is I am going to have so much trouble picking colours!! |
