How can this be, our dear wee angel? For when the wind blows... I hear you breathe a sigh of relief When the rain drops fall, pitter patter, pitter patter ... I hear your heart beat skipping happily along. When the sun beams down on us ... I feel the warmth that you made us feel. When the moon shines down, to light our way ... I feel the glow you instantly installed in us. So my dear angel, I will not lay you to rest ... I will put you to sleep and hand you on to a larger pair of arms that will keep you safe.
