For those of us wanting to keep fit during pregnancy. Thought It might be useful to have one place to go to get info for your area. Perhaps "sticky"??

These tend to be on at 7.30pm, great for working ladies http://www.preggibellies.co.nz/cs/default.asp - Preggi Bellies Website - has DVD that can be purchased for those not in Auckland. I have been looking for preggie classes.
The only thing about preggie bellies, is there contact which states you need to attend 2x per week. This is kind of hard especially that it will take me 30 min to get there. Also it is $15 per session and you need to buy a 10 session card so if it gets to much you have lost out on alot of money Does anyone know of any classes in the south auckland area ------------- http://lilypie.com">
