I go back to work today - start of my parttime...with Gabriella in tow to be in office wtih me. She is snuffly and I am hoping she doesnt have DHs bugs and that she will stay happy most of today.
Heres hoping a bubba in the office will go off ok today. Am not taking portacot yet - i cant set it up so DH will come up and do it next week. She will be in stroller - hopefully she will think we are out shopping or that Emma is around (thats when she sleeps LOL) So here goes, ready to go sit in traffic with a 9 week old and see what happens....I have two bags to take already packed....have given up on a separate handbag for now!!! LOL wish me luck.... |

well she was an awesome office baby...in fact one of the secretaries said she was "the perfect baby"..and we had a well known celebrity in with her bubba and she screamed and cried and one of the secs came up and said gabriella was being sooo good compared to Xs baby!!! That made my day!!!
She slept from 11 15 - 2 45....Go Ella!!!! and amused herself with her Wowwee toy and a brainy baby book - they all reckon they will be hearing lullabies playing in their sleep tonight.... she was very very good...but we saved her back to work outfit for next week as wouldve been a bit hot today for her.... had been a great day until coming home I watched a 15 year old girl get bowled in the middle of the road across from me while i was sitting at the lights, by a people mover (asian driver!!!)...I rang ambulance and waited - along with others. She looked to have at least broken her ankle and god knows what else as she was in a bit of pain....poor kid. I had to hand over my business card and leave once ambulance had her ok as Ella was screaming in the truck....I got in drove home and cried!!! |

Oh my god bombshell.....that would have been horrific to have watched!!!! And I would've Bawled my eyes out as well!!!
