I put James in his Jolly Jumper when he was between 3-4 months when he had good head control and could bear a bit of weight on his legs.

Well you saw the pics of Josh he was almost 3 months (we put him in it last Wednesday for the first time). Exersaucer we don't have one but would love one. I know Andrew was in one at 5 months.

We put Ella in hers at 3& 1/2 months - I think it's their level of head control that's more important than the age, after 3 or so months.  Woulda put her in it earlier if we'd had one then.  But Ella did have awesome head control!  (brag, brag )

almost 5 months I think - but I think the label says 4 months upwards.
My Ella had great head control too, but it's the legs that you need to protect too

Maya was 3 mths on the dot, she had awesome head control too (wonder if it's a bigger bub thing?) and she got the hang of it straight away.

Tried the gremlins in theirs at 3 mths and they weren't ready so left it a month or so and by 4 mths they were loving it and leap around like little kangaroos.

They were 4 1/2 mths when they first went in the exersaucer, they were well ready for it but it was a case of them being able to support their upper bodies enough to not flop forward in it.

We had this problem too - we gave Ashleigh an exersaucer for Xmas so she was 3 months corrected age. She loved it (still does) and we fixed the above problem by rolling up a towel and tucking it around her.

Can't quite remember how old she was when we started her in the JJ though...
