When everything just gets a bit too hard!? The kdis are driving you bonkers, the house is mess and you want to tear your hair out?

I find that when I am too grumpy I can put on some music and that makes everything happier.

Quinn and I play silly games and act like idiots! He thinks it is great and it helps me to step out of my frustrations.

And... with my littlest waking up for hours on end at crazy hours I am up at all hours feeling niggly. So I went the the vid store and got every single episode of grey's anatomy on dvd. Now I kinda enjoy waking up to watch telly!

Good idea Anna, I might do that, too. Except for me it will be boston legal, I only started watching it this season, so I have really missed out!

I avoid TV, it makes my lack of motivation worse

I like to chuck everyone in the stroller and walk around the block... I have been known to go around twice on occasion

Oh I love that show!  It's so funny.  I don't dig Grey's though, but I like your thinking!!  Me?  I'm a crier, much to my shame!  When it's all too much, I'll eventually burst into tears, despite my best efforts to stave them off.  But they help anyway.  Cathartic.

And when the state of the house is getting on top of me, I blitz the cleaning up during Ella's next nap, and as soon as that's done, I feel a bit better.  Of course, if I had a 2-year-old as well I imagine that'd be a heck of a lot less likely to happen or even work!
