We are off for our 12 week scan on friday, kinda nervous as we are hoping to find out the sex of the baby, would love another wee girl for lucy, or a boy would be fantastic also, then again if the baby is healthy and well, that is all that matters.  ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">

hey Lisha,
Sorry to burst your bubble, but if i remember rightly they cant tell the sex at 12wks, and if they do they are only about 30%sure. the 12 wk scan is normally jsut to check that everything is okay...and at 18-20wks they can do another scan to tell the sex. if im wrong im sure i will be corrected  ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I know about the 12 week scan.. as I have already had one before, my midwife said that there is a chance that they can tell the sex, fingers crossed for the other scans then aye. ------------- http://lilypie.com"> http://lilypie.com">

Good luck hopefully you can find out the sex. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
