Has anyone done Vibra Train (or something similar) for awhile? Does it work?
I started about a month before I found out I was pregnant so didnt really give it a good go.
Ive been thinking I need to get my wobbly bits under control

I started not long before getting preggers too, but I loved it. I could fel my strength increasing and also noticed my cellulite improving. Now that really threw me as I have always believed the cellulite thing was an anti woman conspiracy and that everyone has it unless they have no fat on the body. But I actually saw my upper thighs were becoming smoother!
i wouldn't say it was much use for big weight loss, unless you do a cardio session afterwards, but it made a notieceable difference in the short time I did it even though I am a big fatty. I can't wait to get back to it once bubs is here.
gotta love the fact the sessions are so short too.

Yep loved the fact it didnt take long .. 15 mins from memory.
Smoothe upper thighs .. I remember having those when I was a teenager LOL
Not wanting too much weight loss just after toning up. the people Ive talked to use it in conjunction with their gym routine .. which I dont do ... gym .... so was wondering if its good on its own or with just walking/cycling as your only other 'exercise'.
