Well the time has come I feel to say goodbye! I feel I need to have a break from Oh baby and concentrate on my family and myself. At the moment I'm not sure where I fit in here as most of you are starting your families and we have finished ours.
I would however like to sincerely thank those who have offered me support when I have had my little meltdowns with regards to my anxiety and panic disorders  . Due to that support and encouragement which I might add was more than I got from my family, I felt able to go to my group therapy course for panic and agrophobia, and although not "cured" I am definitely on the mend and will get there eventually. I am now back to one on one sessions until my next group thearpy for GAD. I will say to those of you that suffer disorders like these I highly recommend learning the art of proper breathing as I found I am a chronic hypervenilater breathing on average 26-30 breaths per minute instead of 10-14 and learning to control this has given me a lot more control and freedom.
Apparently in CHCH we are incredibly lucky as we have the only dedicated anxiety and disorders clinic in Nz that is government funded and for the first time in years I am almost starting to feel normal again. I do however still have a lot of work to do on myself, and things such as challenging my thinking and pushing myself to do graded exposure with the things I avoid is very tiring and it's taking a toll hence the break from Ohbaby. Plus it wouldn't hurt to get back to more housework!!! 
So I wish you all well, and good luck to all of those trying to conceive and those due!
