Hi

I was considering the Mommy's Touch AIO nappies but have read that perhaps they are not so great.
So I have followed someone's recommendation about Bumgenius nappies. They look good and should do for all sizes and they kinda look more compact than Mommy's Touch. I guess am just very confused now!
Can anyone help answer these questions...
Can you use Bumgenius on newborns easily? Or do they still look bulky?
Can you really use them through to toilet training?
Are they the same price everywhere?
Someone mentioned in another thread that Bumgenius are quick drying, is that really true?
Do you have to wash all these kinds of nappies in hot water everytime?
Which is the better insert to go with these nappies?
What are Bumgenius like leak-wise?

Sorry for all this, but I'm very confused and un-experienced at this...maybe someone out there can help - I hope!!!

Oh yeah and how easy are those Bumgenius velcro tabs for baby to open up themselves?

I have not seen the mommys touch ones but bought a sample of the bum genius one. Out of all the ones I have purchased (6 differnt) I like the bum genius AIOs the best. I dont have experience with them yet so unfortunatly cannot answer most of your questions. They look fairly small however so should be ok for newborn, they seem like they wouldnt take a long time to dry and you can always throw them in a warm dryer. They seem like they wouldnt be prone to leaking as they are wide across the crotch and have smallish leg holes. Hope that helps!

i use mummys touch, and have done since rhiannon was about 6mths old, maybe a bit older, and ive never had any problems with them. I personally think they are great...and not only will do rhiannon till she is toliet trained but if she out grows them then you can buy extender tabs for them.
