I just thought Id let everyone know about Iron Melt tablets, they are chewable so its great if u cant swallow pills like me! Thye have Folic Acid in them which is really good and vitamin B12 and Vitamin C and of course, Iron.
Ive started taking them as of yesterday and I felt really good today. Everyone probably knows about them but I thought there might be some members that dont. They are only $10 aswell so its a great price! ------------- |

And they taste yummy, I just suck on one every morning and i've gotten DH taking them as well. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

Yip they are yummy
Sheza, you might want to check the folic acid dosage in them as I have a feeling it may be below the recommended dosage in pregnancy (I could be wrong  )

Kazzle, you get them from the pharmacy, they are called Iron Melts (in a red box )

Kaz you should be able to find them with the rest of the vitimins at the chemist. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

Yep Kazzle they are called Iron Melts and they are in a red box and u can get them from the chemist, they are great! Taste good aswell mmm ------------- |

Yes I've had these too and they are great. Although further through your pg you may need a higher dose of iron - or so I found. But definitely good for the first 1/2 pg or so.  -------------  |

yeah Kaz iron melts prob wont work, cause my levels were jsut lower than yours and they arent a high enough dosage for me.

Yup, I am on ferrogradC too. But those melts sound good for maintaining iron levels at other times! -------------
