If you are not getting any sleep, look away now because my gloat is going to p** you off
Yes, my DS at 4 weeks old has given me 2 great night sleeps in a row. Sat night we all slept for over 5 hours and then last night we were all in bed by 11.15 then Jeremy didn't wake me again until 5.30am....wah hoooo!
Since I have taken dairy out of my diet he has really settled down and his reflux is almost gone. We still have an unsettled time late evening with a wee bit of reflux, but nothing like it has been the past 2 weeks where he has had it almost all day and night.
i also can now lie him down within mins of feeding him....yah, long may it last

Yay for you!

Haha, sadly enough I saw the title and came in to offer my sympathies, I thought it meant only six hours sleep in total.

Six hours in a row is pretty legendary, he's a keeper!
Do you think your 4 weeks old can teach my seven month old how it is done?

That's neat, and hopefully it means the near-end of the reflux.

Isn't it great. I'm so lucky to be blessed with wonderful sleepers. Josh was doing the same about that age and now it's 12 hours at night.

he seems to have one long sleep in the day and one long one in the night and then just cat napping in-between times.
Now wait for this, last night 7 hours. Wow, what a hero. Sadly last night my DD decided to have 2 nightmares so I had to get up twice for her oh well, at least my little man (and DH of course cos don't they sleep through anything! ) got loads of sleep last night

Andy slept 2 hours last night! Yay! Big improvement from 1 the night before! Jeremy is doing so well. I think he needs a treat. I find a new PP outfit or Peek a Blocks work well. lol

Laura how are you functioning on that amount of sleep? I was moaning if I didn't get 3 hours in the first few days of DS being born, I don't know how I would cope in 1 hour
Hugs to you and fingers crossed you get 3 hours at least tonight

did the bath thing work Laura? DId you get your 3 hours plus? I really hope so!
We didn't get to bed until 12 last night but then he didn't wake again until 6.30, so just bloody well fantastic here on the sleep front.
I didn't realise how lucky I was until I got onto this forum and read the amount of sleep some of you mums are getting....hang in there
