I've got heaps of gold kiwifruit in my fruit bowl and i've been thinking I should probably do something with them before they get over ripe.
What could I make with them? I was thinking maybe replace them for the bananas in a muffin receipe? would that work?

I would think that they would easily replace bananas or feijoas. Maybe also in a sponge-top pudding? -------------  |
