I had some trouble sending a text message earlier, and so I turned my phone off and on again. A few minutes after I turned the phone on, I got a text from Vodafone saying that they've finished their system upgrade ... and then a stack of messages and missed call notifications etc! Grrr! | i can do better - they sent me a text last week to pay a bill...so i did...tonight i get the upgrade over message and THEN got a recorded call telling me to pay my bill or else!!!! OMG!!!! they suck!!! |

I reckon! I got my bill saying I owed $25 for calls/texts above my plan rate but when I looked at breakdown on the back of statement all my totals are under my free amount! Tried to phone and talk to them and the guy told me he needed a few minutes then Kaleb started playing up so had to hang up and now waiting for time to phone again to sort out - I am NOT paying for free minutes/texts!
