hi everyone. The strangest thing has happened. Ever since DS was born the hairs under my arms has all but stopped growing. This didn't happen when DD was born, just this time. I haven't shaved for 2 weeks and could count the hairs on each underarm on one hand almost.....anybody else noticed anything like this? My bikini line has slowed a bit too, but not as much as my underarms
I haven't noticed any excess hair falling out on my head
wouldn't it be great if I never had to shave again...wah hooo

When I'm pg my hair on my head seems to first stop, then grow fast then stop again... according to varying levels of exhaustion. I get layers in my hair from it (untidy ones, so it's rather annoying). Haven't noticed much difference with the rest of my hair though. Seems rather strange!

Thank goodness for that Charlotte! How weird but I agree with Sterryn - so jealous! Imagine the potential money you could save on waxes/shaving!

I've had that, but with my legs rather than my armpits. I used to shave my legs twice a week, but now they only need it about once a fortnight, if that even!
Armpits have slowed down a bit but not nearly as much, and bikini line is the same as ever *sigh*

ah, you see luana, thats where you are wrong.
Hair doesn't actaully stop growing, it falls out.
There are 3 phases of a hairs growth and depending on how long the third stage is to how long the hair ends up. so the hair on our head can have a 3rd stage of up to 7years while our eyelashs it's only a few week....there you go, thats your useless bit of information for the day.
In my past life I was a beauty therapist/electrolgist so I know pretty much all there is to know about hair and how it grows etc, except of course to why mine seems to have stopped
