I ordered a variety of nappies online on the 10 June. Some of these had a note saying they might not be in stock so when I placed order I wrote in comments box "When will Haute pockets be available?" I didn't hear anything but received half order (other brand) and on invoice it said Haute pockets to follow. Anyway I emailed yesterday to find out how much longer I would have to wait and got a response saying they can't get all the colours I ordered(limited stock, Haute changing nappy...) so I was offered to cancel the colours they can't get, swap to snaps instead of velcro or they will give me Mummy's Touch nappies instead. AARRGGHH!! Now I don't know what to do - DH loves velcro nappies and we like the inserts that the Haute come with. If we stick with order we have to wait for the one colour they can get for us and that could be a couple of weeks I think. I think 12 days has been long enough!!
I have found another online store that can supply 4/5 colours we want but do I shell out more money to guarantee we get these or do I wait til other store refunds my money and risk losing them?
Yes it was very good of them to offer to swap nappy type, and they did offer me a discount on future purchases but come on. If you don't have them in stock state when they are coming in on the website or answer emails earlier preferably before payment! We are currently $150 out of pocket with nothing to show for it (and running up power bill by using drier to dry the limited stash of nappies we do have)

Hey there,

Thats a shame about your nappies. Do you know how long it would take for the store to refund you're money? Its its not going to be long then you could order more from somewhere else. I ordered Haute pockets from Snazzipants on a Thursday and my parcel arived on the Monday morning.    

I agree if they didn't have the nappies in stock then they should have listed an eta or at least said they were out of stock.

OMFG! On Wed I emailed the shop to ask when they were going to send my nappies and got a reply saying they were getting order together to send that day. I have still not received them.
THis morning I open my email and there is one there (I'm thinking YAY they'll be here/they'll have all order...) and it asks me when I am going to pay for the order!
AARRGGHH!!! I paid for the order 3 weeks ago (checked my bank statement to make sure!).

To make matters even worse all the emails are signed off by same person - don't they check these things??!!

Once I have my nappies I will definitely NOT be ordering through them again.
