I have a laptop and have managed to press a button on the keyboard (don't ask me which key I mistakenly pressed!) and now my scroll up and down and side to side arrows don't scroll when I press them (for example when I am in excel). When pressed they open a new folder or something like that. I have been persevering with tabing along etc, but now it is annoying me and I am sure someone would be able to help to get them back to scrolling? I am pretty up to speed with computers and this is probably something really simple to fix, but I feel so dumb asking this question

On the top of your keyboard, where the F1, F2 etc are, look towards the right past F12 - there should be a button saying something like "SckrLk" - scroll lock. Just press that and you'll be sweet ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">

Oh yay, tried a few options using the key you indicated yummymummy and its all fixed now, by holding down the "fn" key and the "scroll" key! Knew it would be simple
