Lost the bloody plot 
it doesnt rain it fringing pours in this place. arggghhhhh just got our estimated powerbill in $300 i was like wtf...and becasue they were slack in doing things they haent loaded me onto the powerbill so i cant access anything with them We owe $466 on family tax even though we rang them everytime our income changed I owe $156 in tax Our bloody phone isnt working and wont be fixed till tomorrow at the earlies sometime between 1-5pm oh and the theromstat on our fridge has gone, and cant get anyone to fix that until wednesday (at some time, couldnt give me a time) at a cost of $80 for the call out and $10 per 10 mins plus parts. Mannn im glad kent got a $2000 bouns as we blooming need it... Arrggghhhh hve to laugh cos if i dont i will cry ------------- http://lilypie.com">

oo it's horrible when that happens 
with the es.power bill, does it have the units amount for your power? If so you can check it with what is the actual amount: if your actual meter reads less than their bill you can get them to reissue. (If yours reads more than the bill then your in for a tough winter!) -------------  |

yeah half our bill reads more, but the other half reads less..

I'm also signed up for online (in the last two weeks LOL) and my end of year square up was not calculated on Friday but is today - so you should get yours soon Baysmum. (Oh and I don't even know ir/how much I get back because it just says 0.00 but I remember putting on my form to pass it over to DH's tax owing - so I still have to wait LOL) ------------- |

 Big hugs Kazzle. Im in for quite an expensive winter too.Have you rung IRD and asked why you owe if you constantly told them when your income was changing?? One year I owed them just over $200 as I had been over paid family assistance due to some overtime I had done. I rung and asked why I owed since I had always informed of the changes in income. The lady looked back and saw that I had rung but the information hadnt been put into computer properly so they erased the bill. Its worth a shot. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

well today has been much better
I discovered last night that it was our phone, and this was after ringing telecom back and getting them to test the line...so it cost me $16 for a new phone instead of $80 for a call out as it would have cost us. Also my friends dad got home this afternoon and is coming by tomorrow to fix our fridge at the cost of parts so only about $40 instead of the $80 for the tech call out and then $60 an hour there after. so have managed to save us about $200 today...yahhh ------------- http://lilypie.com">
