I'll take away your broccolli...

That is what I seriously said at the dinner table tonight!!!

We have been growing broccolli in our vege patch, and Ethan loves to help pick it with me. And it is waaayyyyyy yummier than what you get at a vege shop or supermarket. anyhoo, Ethan just adores broccoli now.

Well he wouldn't eat his spinach (again grown in the vege patch) so the threat of taking away his broccoli just popped out of my mouth... he ate his spinach, then consumed his "brokki" !!!

How weird to be "threatening" to take away a vegetable...unless he ate a certain thing!!!   hehehehehe!

haha I did that once, I was trying to get Hannah to finish what she had before having something else. It went something like, "finish your biscuit before you have your carrots". Then I realised what I said!

Haha, thats so funny! Yay for growing good broccoli too - ours didn't get very big and then went to seed before we picked it!

A friend of mine has always said to his 3 year old son 'if you do that again I'll take away your books' - so books are very special to this boy!
