I feel so sick. I threw up in the garden lol oops.
Now im getting pains in my stomach. It just wont go away

Make sure you are not getting dehydrated. Drink lots of fluid and stay off your feet. Call your midwife as well. If you cant get a hold of her get to a GP. Just better safe than sorry. Doesnt neccesarily mean that something is up but just get it checked out today.

I agree with everyone else, call your midwife for a check up, or failing that see a doctor. If you've got a gastro bug or food poisoning there is a very, very small chance that it could trigger preterm labour and best to be checked just in case. -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)

hope everythings ok im a bit worrried now

Good news. Im better! Must have just been a 24 hour thing? i dont know.

blegh. Time to go back to eating very, very plain food for a couple of days until you feel better....apple sauce/stewed apple... I'd avoid all dairy for a couple of days (harsh on the tummy apparently)....I'm sure the other know-it-alls on here (yes, YOU nikkiwhyte...I know you're reading this and googling food types instead of working/studying/etc  ) will come up with some other ideas. Take care of yourself and bubs, keep in touch with your midwife, go and see a GP if you can to get a good checkup and stay safe  ------------- |

Have you spoken to the midwife again???
Ask her about pre-eclampsia..Get her to check your blood pressure and see if there is any protein in your urine. Get this done ASAP seeing as you have been vomiting for a couple of days. No no swelling. She did the test for pre eclampsia the other day and i was okay. I have an appt. with her tomorrow morning anyways so ill talk to her then
Yeah my nana has been looking after me lol. She bought me mylanta and throaties and made me a lemon drink heh I love stewed apple. I will make some as soon as i get back home to hamilton tomorrow. hehe. I also have to go to the doctor tomorrow too so its all sorted. Thanks for the concern guys ------------- Melanie.
