i do mine once a week day after i cook a roast.
i use jif (i hate the smell of oven cleaner) and mine takes all of 15mins to clean. i only started cleaning so often once i had kids as i knew if i left it to long i would never have enough time to clean it

The people that lived here before we brought it didn't clean it when they moved and it really needs to be done thats my job this weekend I keep putting it off I hate cleaning ovens. I spray it with oven cleaner leave it over night and it normally takes 30mins to cleans after it's had a good soak.

This will make me look bad.. but thus far in this house... never! lol... we have been here a year...
We see no point. We don't do roasts and very rarely use the inside of the oven and when we do it's only pizza or something like that so there is really no point in cleaning it when it doesn't get dirty

Hhahaha, must something in the air...!!!
I am currently cleaning my ovens today! (yes ovens!!! we have a full one and a half one... )
We have those ones where you just have to clean the base (has selfcleaning sides)..
So I just clean them whenever they are dirty, generally about once a month, plus I dont use the oven heaps...And the bonus of having two is when one is dirty, I just use the other!!!

Oven cleaning typically coincides with a flat inspection. So maybe bi-annually? Usually less! it's just such a PITA!!

Ha ha I did mine last wednesday, and before that it was early november. We would usually do it every 6 months maybe, but we procrastinated as neither of us like doing it. Tokk about half and hour? Was only a basic job, and I will do a more thorough clean in a few weeks.

I did mine on Sat...and then it blew up. Ok, I'm being dramatic but there was a lot of noise and bright sparks etc. The lesson here...cleaning is dangerous! Lol. We need a new oven now :(

Been here for a year, last saturday. Cleaned once, took half an hour.
I figure that I have a can of oven cleaner and that it works by osmosis...

Cleaned it a few weeks ago when we moved in. Had to clean it THREE times to get all the grime off from the last people who lived here I used oven cleaner as nothing else would have taken that muck off, felt really sick afterwards.
I won't be cleaning it again until we leave here

It's surely not often enough, but I usually end up cleaning it when the oven gets a bit smokey smelling.. Doesn't take that long though as it's a new oven so nothing is really caked on yet.

Every 6 months or so, and it always takes me ages too. Not so much because it is so dirty, more so that I am paranoid about leaving any trace of oven cleaner in there and poisoning us all!

Ours gets done for landlord inspection so every 4 months, but if mum is coming over it gets a big sparkly clean, about every 2 years

I'm pretty sure I have a self-cleaning oven
I only clean ours maybe once a year, I never cook roasts, and always give the bottom and doors a wipeout whenever they get slightly dirty. But yeah, the oven cleaner only comes out once a year.
