I brought some tofu over the weekend and are not quite sure what to do with it . Does anyone have any good stirfry receipes?

I usually marinate it in soy sauce and then stir fry like you do meat, add vege and either noodles or rice.
It dosen't have much of a flavour so can take a lot being added to it.

you can deep fry it then add bonito flakes (fish) and soy sauce. we usually have grated radish with it, but personally I don't like tofu.

I like satay tofu stirfry. Just make up a sauce (I use crushed garlic, peanut butter and soy sauce) then fry it up. Serve over egg noodles with some asian veges yummy

Tofu is definitely an acquired taste. I normally cut it up really small and add it to miso soup, or to a vege stir fry and just throw it in with some soy sauce.
