You poor sausage I just read your blog!

Take good care of that hand chicky, I hope you're all better quickly!
(I've heard that copious amounts of chocolate is a good way to fight off infections too )

Definitely chocolate. Brought to your mouth in tiny pieces by the hubby so you don't have to move.

Get well soon!!

I knew my inbox wasn't full because I'd just emptied it the other day, but certainly had a wee Eek!! What? What? What? moment

Anyway! You guys are so cool!! Thanks everyone for thinking of me and of course increasing the traffic to my blog

I think the tetanus jab is the worst - you know that when the nurse says 'this is going to hurt' instead of 'you'll just feel a little prick' that all is not about to be cheerful. I think that the pain in my thumb is getting a bit less though, so the antibiotics are kicking in. YAY! (Phew! No hospital

One of the guys at work recommended putting my thumb in some seriously salted hot water to dry and draw it out some more, so if I'm feeling brave, I might try that tonight

And busymum? You'll never know

Go the chocolate!!

Ahhh big ginger- can totally relate re. the tetanus, I had to have one last year after being bitten by a wild kitten (not so cutie cutie when they sink their teeth in) and my arm felt kind of dead?? but seriously achey for about a week.
