It's all been very hush hush as it was still uncertain before today but..
Our loan has been approved and our offer has been accepted and it's all gone unconditional today.. For.. A business! KC Tools Hamilton I feel so grown up.. I have life insurance and we have set up a little trust fund for Sam. My DP is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy as it's been in the works since before Sam was born and we've been on the bones of our arse trying to get it all done and my DP has been out of work for the last month so no money. We are barely paying our rent but that will soon be over and we can pay our bills off! YAY, I'm so excited to see him so happy. So in a couple of weeks when we're up and running, if anybodys DH or DP or DF or even you ladies would like to buy some really good quality tools for anything at all, and you live in the Waikato, I'll forward you on..

YAY thats is SOOOOO COOOOL!!!
