Also, I'm glad to have found a lot of suggestions and ideas for food. From myself I would recommend some simple from: http://recipes.ancymonki.pl healthy salads, tarts and not only.
Today I did Cauliflower burgers but chicken is my addiction.

who shops at countdown? buy the lamb casserole its by the bones (dog bones) but it is 100% for humans I did ask.

I like cornmeal cereal. Always cook it in my multicooker. It's easy to cook, I spend only 5 min and it saves my time while I am dressing up for a work. I usually add a few banana and strawberries slices. Also it's a perfect meal for a lunch so I often have it in my lunch box which I found on a low price on https://allinpackaging.co.uk/food-packaging/catering-containers/ . And it's always tasty to mix with different fruits.
