Tuti Cloth Nappies - Megan Anderson

OHbaby! Tell us a bit about your business.
MA: We make cloth nappies and eco-friendly products and accessories for babies and toddlers. We wanted to use cloth nappies for our babies and couldn’t find a product that bridged the gap between style and sustainability. My husband and I designed the reusable nappies together. We were very clear about the details we wanted, including the fit, absorbency and quality, and the kind of fibres used. We use featured designers to create prints that pop, and to generate interest for people curious about using cloth nappies.
OHbaby! Who or what is your biggest inspiration?
MA: I love the innovative ideas and positivity of Ethique founder Brianne West. I’m inspired by anyone taking action on things that need to be changed in regards to our planet; people following their passions in a beautiful and bold way.
OHbaby! How do you find a balance between family life and your business?
MA: I find it’s like a see-saw and never really balanced in the middle! I’m still learning. I talk to friends a lot and we share tips as well as practical and theoretical ideas about work, kids and modern life. My advice would be to share honestly with friends during the good times, and when it falls apart.
OHbaby! What’s on the horizon for your business?
MA: We’d like to continue marching on and stabilise after Covid-19. It has hit us pretty hard. We plan to continue close contact with our customers and keep providing quality eco-friendly products.
