Like everyone said it's muslin so it breaths. Sometimes she sleeps with it, other time she plays with it when she wakes up or just before she goes to sleep. Sometimes when I go in check on her she has it over her face...but everytime I have checked it isn't over her mouth and if I am worried I just move it. </P>]]>
