YUCK!!!

Doc gave me the metaclopromide and it is safe .. just depends on whether you want all natural...

Make sure you play around with the bands to get them in the right place,, in between tendons on wrist about 2 fingers down,.,. you kind of have to stick a finger in there and make sure the "bobble" is in between.

I got bad MS late in the piece (about 14 - 18 weeks) and a friend recommended acupuncture. I was a non believer but was desperate so gave it a go. It INSTANTLY takes the nausea away, I had 2 sessions and have not had a bit of MS since the first one. $80 per go which is not cheap but so worth it for feeling better!!!!

If you are in Auckland, I went to the Auckland Acupuncture Centre in Balmoral, Neil is the guy who does it and he is great.

My MW recommended dry water crackers - but I had constant vomiting so I'm not sure that would work for nausea. I also found on some days that really thinly sliced apple or citrus flavours worked.

To be honest, I didn't find anything that really helped me (12 weeks of hell), but other ladies find different things helped. Ginger morning sickness tablets helped on some days to keep things down...but on the days they didn't help, they were pretty awful coming back up again.

Some women find the sea sickness wrist bands helped. Honestly on the days I was sick the only thing that was really positive was lollipops because it would take the awful taste out of my mouth and because I wasn't actually ingesting anything my tummy couldn't protest!
