Oh... so there's a use for my left-over EPO pills that I bought before I had Jacob? I took Flaxseed when pregnant to help steady my fluctuating hormones. When I was seen by MMH, my doctor reccommended high doses of falx seed oil too, lots of omegas same as fish oil to help brain function. Seemed to help at the time in combination with all the meds and therapies I was trying

A friend called EPO my happy pills and could tell when I had run out, lol. ALthough am taking fish oil instead aatm as ran out of epo. Sems to be doing an ok job. Well  no complaints from DH anyway

i brought some but forget to take them - there is a morning one and an evening one - so my pack has some morning ones missing and maybe an evening one too. You want me to send my pack down for you to try?
