I'm currently doing all the standard tests while I wait out the 12 months, kind of a pre-12 months get all of the information before I get a referral / if no obvious problems then just keep trying for another 6 months.

CD2 bloods
CD21 bloods
Standard blood test to check a whole lot of other basic things
Swabs (like smear test but think they check for different stuff)

For him
Sperm test which she wanted repeated after 1 month.

Doctors don't usually test for things until you have been trying for 1 year if you are under 35 and 6month if 35 and over, After that time you will be tested for progesterone FSH and TSH LH and your partner will be tested with blood test and sperm test. Hi ladies, I wondered what steps people had taken after TTC. My Dr said that if after 6 months, nothing has happened then DH should go in for a sperm test. Just wondering what else people have had done or what women go through for "fertility testing".
