lol, i hear ya! pregnancy isnt always fun!, the aches, the sickness, discomfort etc... but it is all woth it in the end. hang in there! nearly half way through (woohoo!) rest and take it easy.
a nice warm bath might help with your aches... i ended up having one the other night, sick of lower back pain which was keeping me awake at night, and i found it did the trick. |

I have a physio appt tomorrow morning i have a really bad back and im starting to get pains in my hips with burning and pins and needles which is my back letting me know its packing up lol |
