these aches and pains! Its not uncomfortable its just annoying lol I know its everything moving but i think im just generally frustrated and its annoying me lol

lol, i hear ya! pregnancy isnt always fun!, the aches, the sickness, discomfort etc... but it is all woth it in the end. hang in there! nearly half way through (woohoo!) rest and take it easy.
a nice warm bath might help with your aches... i ended up having one the other night, sick of lower back pain which was keeping me awake at night, and i found it did the trick.

I have a physio appt tomorrow morning i have a really bad back and im starting to get pains in my hips with burning and pins and needles which is my back letting me know its packing up lol

Im almost 10 weeks pregnant and my aches and pains are annoying now. Gees I cant imagine them getting any worse. Lots to look forward to I suppose, yuk!!!

i have hip probs my hole life and its very painfull when i was preggy with james. i say try a nice hot bath and a good cry your preggy and sore and if thats not a reason to cry then i dont no what is!!!

i say a cure for mad preggy ladys is get punch bag hit something (not someone)lol it makes u feel so much better i got so work up i hit my wall and grzed my fingers of corse be carefull not too hurt your self more
