Topic: 1 week down Posted: 28 December 2007 at 12:04am |
Well I am now 1 week off medication, spoke to my gp today, had Anastasia there for chicken pox, he said it would take bout 2 wks for it to be out of my system. Not the best time to be without it but doing ok so far - esp after 3 or 4 really bad nights. this batch of pox heaps worse than Ashlyns. Xmas stress not taking too much of a toll and Karl has till 3rd of Jan off work so we will see how things go!

Kels, I was on citilopram (sp). Started on amotriptlene but always felt like I had a sleep hangover in the morning & always wanted to sleep during the day which just isnt possible with kids!!! have been on them for bout 8 mths. I realise I may have to go back on them, just script run out so thought I would see how things went

All the best kez. Perhaps now is a good time after all because you don't "have" to do so many things (kindy, etc) and your DH is perhaps on holiday? Sounds positive so far!
