I went in and waited at the entrance ... talk about chaos !!

maybe we need to re-think the venue.. somewhere less busy and without millions of children !!!

also something to identify ourselves.... how about a smaller cafe and we all wear a flower pinned to our coat ??

that could work...

What about an early evening meet up too ?? 5pm on a weeknight ???

Ahh, I posted on the other thread too - I was there too but totally agree, it was insanely busy, not the best place to meet people who you don't know! Yep a small cafe somewhere quiet sounds good, would prefer a Saturday/weekend to weeknight (just cos I'm so tired at the mo) but will fit in with others best I can!!

How about the new Espressoholic on Cuba Street - I've heard its fab.

I am due in 6 days so not making too many public outing dates at this stage......

I'm definitly interested in a meet up. I live in town off Cuba, am 30, and pregnant for the first time. I'm from America and have been here a year and a half this time. I would really like to be able to connect with other people in the area :)

If you guys are keen to have a meet up in Wellington, but not in the city. I started a thread about Northern Suburbs meet ups. So after we have our one tomorrow. If we plan another one, keep a look out on that thread if you don't mind maybe meeting at suburbs just out of the city. Tomorrows one is in J'ville. And next one I am open to where that can be. But I find suburbs less stress and more chilled then town meet ups. Oh yes and 1 big plus, free parking, so more money for food
