anyone have any advise I really want to loose weight up don't want to effect my breast milk supply.

Start slowly. If you exercise do it and then drink loads of water afterwards and then pay attention to your supply to see if it has had any effect for the day. With eating just eat healthy.. don't start cutting back heaps on food.

Thats how I started when I was BF just tried something and then waited to see if it had any effect and we were fine. I was eating 3 meals and 3 snacks a day (healthy) and my supply stayed the same.

Yeah, its the only real way to see if what you are doing is effecting things and you can figure out what you can and can't do without worrying. Drinking lots of water is essential though

Yep loads and loads of water. You need about 500 additional calories to bf so dont go mental.
