Hugs Nell :( It sucks when you don't feel confident about a cycle. I am feeling the same and getting closer to pulling the plug on ttc for good. It's a big thing to decide.

So sorry Indigo. Have you had any tests done? perhaps making an appointment with Fertility Associates would be a good idea and in the mean time google natural progesterone. There are lots of ways you can help boost it while you wait xx

Kasper - I have an appointment with a specialist gyn in my home town in a few weeks.. I've conceived very easily before twice, one healthy babe and one m/c.. Have you ever heard of issues with LP following a miscarriage? I guess our hormones get a shake up with m/c.. As I don't remember ever having such a short LP before my pregnancies :(

Indigo, my chemicals caused major havoc on my cycle so chances are your cycle will come right in time. Are you taking multi vitamin B complex? It is meant to help with LP
it is 4am and I have been up for 1 1/2 hrs. Second night in a row :(. I decided to test again so I stopped thinking about it. Line test line is now as dark as control so I'm happy. Still very crampy but feeling a bit more positive.
Hopefully I can get a few more hrs sleep now. Over this anxiety.

This is day 8 of me feeling nauseous, The nausea balm helps me feel better for a few hours but then I start to feel sick again. Lucky I can take the nausea balm as many times as I like.

Hanger - that's good to know.. I've had other symptoms that I went to the doctor about (locum and was useless) a few months ago... And now that I've got a short LP phase and limited ewcm as well as dizziness, hot flushes and nausea ... Plus short cycles it's all pointing to thyroid issue which my mum got at the same age as me and is now on thyroxine (and has been since I was 1).. So, at least I think I know what it is and can get it sorted... Doctor appointment Wednesday and will get bloods done.. Shows how important charting is to find out what's going on and work back from there!! Here's hoping I'm right and can start to feel good again soon as I've been feeling fairly lousy!!

I'm getting af type cramps that only started today, Usually I get stomach pains right through the tww which is really annoying. PMS symptoms suck.

I'm having problems getting a good night sleep in the last few nights. I seem to wake up multiple times in the night. I wake up really tired only feel better after having my morning coffee.
