Awww pugglesworth that sucks! Luckily Drs can prescribe progesterone to help with short luteal phases. Xx
Indigo blue I am using Letrazole. It's an alternative to clomid, but less side affects and rather than thin uterine lining which clomid does after a few rounds, Letrazole can thicken the lining and provide better environment for implantation.

Kazper - that sounds good, I hear everywhere about clomid but haven't heard of your one.. Good to know. Hoping it works for you. I'm CD1, but had a better LP this time I think 13/14 days...

Kristy I think you have ovulated looking at your chart. I think tomorrow's temp will show better if you have or not though. If it stays above coverline, don't worry too much. Do you have any usual luteal phase symptoms? That usually helps me when I'm unsure as I have clear signs that ovulation has happened,
Indigo blue that's a great luteal phase length! Sorry you are cd1 though. Here is to a new cycle with us. I won't be far behind you

Bre I requested it. Do some googling. Dr didn't have any problems letting me do as my decision at end of day.
Sorry your having trouble with ovulation. I think you would benefit from using Letrozole or clomid. Bring on next Thursday.

Your temps look fine Oxy. I had hunger pains during my lp to. Everything was a bit different being the first cycle after two fertility massages.

Bre - some months my temps don't rise significantly until a couple of days after ovulation too, similar to your chart showing a temp rise this morning. Hopefully that was it and bd was timed well. Best of luck for your last natural month.

I was emailing a naturopath who is also medical herbalist in Hawkes Bay yesterday. Anyway I was telling her my cycles aren't regular and if she had a product to make my cycle become regular and that I was trying to conceive. So she recommend I take MediHerb Chaste Tree tablets 90.
So will be starting that next cycle :-)

Oxy - that's the same as vitex isn't it?? I take vitex.. And it makes me gag for sex and I haven't had any pms blemishes last couple of cycles ... So not bad! Hope it works well for you... I think the herbalist said it takes a couple of months to kick in...

Yeah sure is, I have taken vitex in the past and has mucked up my cycle, but this is a different brand it is a practitioner only product so not that cheap but could be a better quality.
