I always cook with it as it's a lot healthier for you than canola etc!

I did hate it growing up - but I don't know! My dad's name is warren and he just dropped letters to get Wren! When I was young I used to get teased and called ren from ren and stimpy!

Omg I hate how everyone is on holiday but me Lol

From that chart canola oil was found to be the best.

Found the chart in a book I have at home with this information.

Many researchers recommend a mix of (alpha-linoleic and linoleic acid)(Linoleic is polyunsaturated omega-6 fat.)If you don't want the details, just stick with canola for cooking. It is among the lowest in saturated fat and it has a good mix of alpha-linoleic and linoleic acid.

I have no health issues and all blood works comes back fine. My cholesterol is always under 5 and I have been using canola oil for years. It is hard to know what is good and bad these days information changes all the time.

I just take a Healtheries Womens multi. Can't say if it's good it's just the one I take. Doesn't seem to cause me any issues. Also on extra vit D & iron supplements (pregnant or not)
