i decided that my 10km in under 60 mins isnt enough of a long term challenge so i am gonna do city to surf (CBD to Bondi beach - 14km) in sept and sydney half marathon in Oct.

DH pissed me off today so i went running despite it being 30 degrees outside with no breeze. i only covered 3km before i decided it was too hot so went to the gym instead and did 26mins without stopping then a friend rung from down stairs so we went wandering through kings cross. lol. it wasnt even a running day today but i felt like it. up at 5.30am 2mrw though cos its an actual running day.

yeah go jazzy i love zumba its so fun i found if i stick to zumba it helps with my wight loss and i must admit i am enjoyin shopping for smaller clothes for summer its so fun i have gone from a18 to 14 and i have even broght dresses and a skirt lol zumba today food good

Lost motivation at the moment. Having trouble getting up in the morning but then really enjoying it when I am out walking/running . Too much crap food around too. Don't expect a loss this week .

That's a great loss James. Sounds similar to me with the change in size over the year. Always gives you a boost when you can go shopping and buy a smaller size.

man i have been awesome with this running thing but now i am anggry with my trainer. she did a session yesterday cos it would help with my running and blha blah blah but this morning i couldnt even go running, coulnt get down the stairs, can hardly lift the kids. i used to be a personal trainer but decided to shop around and have someone else do the work for me and now i regret it, its so unnecissary to be that sore especially if it isnt your main goal if that makes sense. i want to run, my weight is coming down just fine so anything i do is for that and now im behind on my shedule :(

Hi girls,
I have almost given up on the weight loss thing again ... got really busy then had 3 weeks in Thailand, and now I've come back to the Xmas rush (and Xmas parties / food!) .... so the small amount of weight I'd lost has been re-gained .....I'm going to have to get back into it next year now! Zumba is also over til feb ..... and I haven't been walking since just before we went away.

Coming on here has inspired me again though!!!!

Hi ladies... I would like to join the weight loss list..
Im not sure what the 3 weights are for.... (its probably really simple but im tired and it doesnt make sense)

I am on a diet, I started last thursday and have lost 3kgs since.... So I was 93kgs, and I am now 90 and I want to be 75kgs....

Had an odd conversation with the MIL last week. She always asks how my weight loss is going & how much more have I lost & then tells me not to lose much (any) more, last week she went on to tell me she was jealous of my weigh loss & got upset...she is in her 60's

I am on an amazing diet,,, heaps of my friends have done it, and everyone of them have lost approx 5-8 kgs.... I have found it really easy to do, even while breastfeeding. I have found no lack of energy and not lack of breastmilk......

Here it is:
•     NO SUBSTITUTES, ONLY SPECIFIED ITEMS
•     DIET FOR TWO WEEKS ONLY. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. DO NOT STAY ON THIS DIET FOR MORE THAN 14 DAYS.
•     NO EATING BETWEEN MEALS.
•     ALL VEGETABLES WITHOUT BUTTER, SALADS WITHOUT OILS.
•     LEAN MEAT, COFFEE & TEA CLEAR (WITHOUT MILK).
•     WEIGHT SHOULD DROP ABOUT 20 lbs. IN TWO WEEKS OF DIETING.
THE BASIS OF THIS DIET IS CHEMICAL. IT MAINTAINS NORMAL ENERGY.
•     QUANTITIES ARE UNIMPORTANT, EXCEPT WHERE INDICATED.

BREAKFAST: (Same every day). Grapefruit or 8oz. juice, one or two eggs boiled or poached. Tea or coffee.

MONDAY
LUNCH: Fruit salad, all and as much fruit as desired
SUPPER: Steak, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, cucumbers, tea or coffee

TUESDAY
LUNCH: Cold chicken, tomatoes, tea or coffee
SUPPER: 2 eggs, combination salad, one piece of dry toast, grapefruit or juice, tea or coffee

WEDNESDAY

LUNCH: 2 eggs, tomatoes, tea or coffee
SUPPER: 2 lamb chops, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, tea or coffee

THURSDAY LUNCH: Fruit salad, all and as much fruit as desired
SUPPER: Steak, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, cucumbers, tea or coffee

FRIDAY
LUNCH: 2 eggs, spinach, tea or coffee
SUPPER: Fish (boiled or grilled), salad, grapefruit or juice, one piece of dried toast, tea or coffee

SATURDAY
LUNCH: 2 eggs, spinach, tea or coffee
SUPPER: Plenty of grilled steak, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, tea or coffee

SUNDAY
LUNCH: Fruit salad, all and as much fruit as desired
SUPPER: Chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit, carrots, cabbage, tea or coffee

REPEAT THROUGH SECOND WEEK AND STOP
EAT NORMALLY AFTER COMPLETING THE DIET, BUT GO EASY ON STARCHES FOR A FEW WEEKS.
MEALS MUST BE EATEN IN THE EXACT ORDER
HANG IN THERE!!!
