Our DD is one mucky puppy (just like me as a kid), and gets food, dirt and stuff all over herself. She has lovely clothes, but I'm not precious about keeping her clean so everything gets a bit stained.

This morning at playcentre she raced to the paints and smeared it all over herself (LOL) and then over me. I hadn't had time to change her (note to self do this before leaving home) and she's got paint all over her lovely merino pants and top. I've got it soaking in napisan, but I was wondering if anyone had found a really good stain removing product?

I am keen to hear ideas too.. my DS gets juice from his mandarins all over his tops and even napisan seems to fail at getting the stains out....

I'm a big fan of sard wonder soap - just wet the stain and rub the bar of soap on the stain - for bad ones, you need to scrub the stain for a minute or so. For really bad stains, I do the above and then also soak it in Next Generation laundry soaker. Napisan babycare isn't much good for stains on it's own IMO.

This is working for a BLW baby and a kindy kid at the moment!

I find a "combo" soak in napisan plus laundry powder does the trick for bubs stains but you'd have to leave it in overnight then wash as usual. Doesn't always work as well as I'd like it to but it's done the trick of washing yellow pukey stains off his fresh white bath towels
