I'm thinking about getting DH a ticket to this for Christmas and just trying to figure out whether we take Blake with us (he'll be 8 months) or leave him with my parents - is it the kind of thing you could take a baby to? And can you take your own picnic stuff etc? Any idea how long it goes on for?

We will be going this year, but havent before. I dont think its a kid thing, mind u 8 months is a bit diff to my 2 year old! Lol! We cant wait! Will being going to it here in Gisborne tho!

We are going to the one in Waipara down here next year! Can't wait, have never been either! Can't wait!

We are leaving the kids with the grandparents
