about it! DH is snoring, and I cant fall asleep. I keep going over silly things in my head and getting myself all worked up over something that may or may not have happened. I think I might have offended someone unintentionally, and am really worried about it. Silly I know, but its worrying me enough to keep me awake! |

I hate it when you can't sleep because of silly things! I hope you've gone back to bed now and get back off to sleep OK.
When my DH's snoring keeps me awake I either kick him out of the bed or go sleep in the spare room myself. If I was already having trouble sleeping I'd choose the spare room, grab a book (something mindless, like chick lit) and a cup of tea and read long enough to take my mind off whatever it is and my eyes start drooping ......
Hopefully just writing about it on here will help you get the "offence" off your mind. Is it something you can talk to the person about tomorrow?

Thanks kiwisj - I am guessing the time difference is why you are still around?!?! I dont think I can "talk" to the person I may or may not have offended, but feel better now have thought about it long enough to hopefully get it out of my system. I am still wide awake though, so might try making a cuppa and see if that helps! |
