Just wondering how long you have to wait until your photo comes up as the baby of the week, i entered my daughter in before christmas and haven't seen anything, has anyone else waited this long?

there is a huge backlog which is why they made it bigger each week, they do get there - I put Anastasia on in October & she was in last week so keep looking she will come up

Who are all those babies? I've never seen any of them before! I usually look to see if there are any babies that I will recognise from the boards, but I never see any!

I enetered Haleigh a long time ago and she still hasnt popped up, but yeah theres just so many of us wanting to show off our wee darlings it takes a while to get through them all

Hi, Correct me if i'm wrong, but arn't they voted in as Baby of the Week? So not every baby will get to be the Baby of the week?
Do you get an email notification of when it is Baby of the week?

The Baby of the Week photos are sent in and voted on by parents who are members of the site, not just the members of this forum.
I entered Xavier at 11 weeks old... initially, when they were only putting 9 photos up to be voted on, it was going to take until 2008 before he would come up. Since then, the admin have removed all the duplicate photos (usually from the parents hitting send repeatedly before the first one had finished loading) and doubled the number of entries to vote for.
If you've entered your child, just keep checking each week to see when they come up... seems to take a few months though!
