Hi
Does anybody own a Bertini Mio or chilcare Infinity or Esprit Infinity.
If so I'd really like to know what you think of them or if you've had any problems etc.
Would you buy this pram again?

I have a Bertini Mio and it has collapsed on me twice with my baby in it!

I'm currently trying to get a refund on it as I don't want to put my baby back into a death trap.

Any thoughts?

Hi! No I don't have any of those, but OMG I can't believe it collapsed!! That's so terrible. I remember really wanting one when I was pregnant with Alex (ended up buying a mountain buggy), as they look great. I would be demanding a refund, and writing to the maufacturer if you can. Will remember to tell all of my expecting friends to stay well away from them. Good luck, I hope you get it sorted out!

Oh, and by the way... I have a phil and teds and love it!!

That's sooo not cool! We don't have a Mio but do have a Marine and we love it. Maybe you just got a faulty one. which doesn't excuse the fact that it's collapsed!

Thanks for the support. I really feel I'm banging my head against a brick wall with both the store and the manufacturer, I'm getting ready to take them to a Disputes tribunal as I can't afford to get another pram without the refund.

Whatever I eventually get you can be sure I'll be doing a lot more research first.
I also have a friend with a Marine and she loves her pram, all the little pouches and storage areas are great.

Hi all,
just a quick update, I finally got someone at head office to realise that I was not going away and have got a refund. Took delivery of a brand new Mountain Buggy today and I'm very happy with it.
Thanks for all your support. x
