I used them whenever I could swollow them. I also don't know if it was in my head. After a while the smell of them made me sick though so I stopped and discovered my friends, the Seabands |

i had them too. i didnt think they did anything cos i wasnt that sick but them when i forgot to take them one morning i felt soooo sick so i reckon they work, either way, even if its in your head its still better than feeling awful. lol.

I didn't get the morning sickness tablets, but the travel/motion sickness ones. They definitely helped me survive a 1hr ferry trip during my worst weeks of MS.
I reckon, if you feel better then they work - whether it's "in your head" or not |

I agree! They didn't do anything for me, but then neither did a veritable cocktail of prescription antiemetics. But if you *think* they work and it makes you feel better then does it really matter whether they're working on a physiological level or a psychological level? The important thing is that you feel better!

i had reasonably bad ms and had a cocktail of dr prescribed tablets wrist bands and the blackmores tablets which i did find hard to swallow most days but i cut them inhalf to try help. not a whole heap of help for me with any of the treatments still ended up in the hospital. Good luck with your ms hope its not too long.

I used the seabands and I'm sure they helped. Still felt yuck but it took the edge off.

i found the smell was disgusting!! they worked in the beginning but after that i got too sick.
i even tried a homeopath remedy, it did work, although by that stage i had hyperemisis and ended up in the hospital for a week.
