At 11 months, my girl has finally cut her first tooth!

Tonight in the bath she all of a sudden as blood running from her mouth, down her chest. She didn't care (or even notice).

Is this normal?

ETA: the bleeding didn't last long

Gina didn't have any bleeding but a friends bub did - I'd say it's OK if only for a short bit.
Yey for first tooth!

Erin only had a tiny bit, from when she was cutting her first pair of molars, and I can't remember whether it was enough to run out of her mouth or not (don't think so). I would think it was relatively common although I guess I haven't heard it talked about a lot.
