Big hugs Nikki! I hope everything is OK!
I had bleeding with the gremlins at 5 and 9 weeks, it was brown, old and mucousy, and then had a week of bleeding with this one at 8 weeks and another two weeks at 12 weeks, it was mostly old brown blood but there was some bright red, and the gremlins are obviously fine, and this wee girl booting the living daylights out of me seems pretty OK too!

Best of luck, will you see the doc over the weekend?

My friend (missy77) had bleeding around 6 weeks and again a bit later. She's still preggy, 16 weeks. I'm sure she'll pop in and tell you that it can all turn out to be nothing but bubs trying to scare you Her mum had the same with her first baby and my mum had it with her second. We both have healthy siblings |

Thanks guys, it is still only when I wipe but it is fresh looking, not old and brown. I'm really hoping its a tear on the vaginal wall or something sill like that. If everything turns out ok I am going to make life hell for this baby DH reckons it must be a girl

I had bleeding at around 6 weeks for a couple of weeks, and it was a mix of fresh red and old brown. My wee man is now 6 months old. Good luck! |

I've had bleeding with both pregnancies. In fact with my second one, I had fresh red bleeding for over a week before I saw my GP (this was around week 6-8 from memory) - I got sent promptly for a scan and nothing wrong was found. Hope the bleeding stops soon for you though - I know how worrying it can be |

Yup I bled pretty much from 6 weeks pregnant right through till Sam was born. It was always a mix of red/brown blood, but a couple of times it was quite a bit of bright red. Lots of scans, but never found out what was causing it, the only thing for sure was that it was nothing to do with the baby. Big 's.

I have two stories to do with bleeding. First one, not good, I ended up having a m/c. But I bled with this pregnancy at about 5 weeks, it was just one wipe of pinky mucus stuff, then I spotted brown for nearly 2 weeks, even after I had the 6 week scan I spotted, they coudlnt tell me where it was coming from. I didnt have any cramps though with the second bleed.
I hope everything is ok nzpiper **hugs**

I menstrated the first half of the pregnancy with Kiya, who will be 7 on Friday.
I had 3 weeks of bright red, clotty, continous (first couple of days of period-type) bleeding from 6 to 9 weeks with Josiah, then more at random intervals at least once a week until 20 weeks. He will be 3 in May.
I had a couple of small bleeds during my pregnancy with Xavier. He's currently devouring an easter egg on my bedroom floor This is actually my first pregnancy when I haven't bled!

I still have bleeding with this baby ( no2) and i am 27 weeks!! My MW always asks if we have done the baby dance....if we do it more than once a week it turns red and can get heavyish, its a sensitive cervix for me, along with being RH negative blood type.
And i def had bleeding and cramping before 9 weeks. i was told to get ready for the worst and here we are still intact!
Good luck, but i can understand your worries!
