Hi there, I am only 6 weeks preggers and am getting so bloated it's not funny! My tummy is sticking right out and finding it really hard to hold in. Has anyone else experienced this at this early stage? Not sure if i'm putting on weight or it's just water, but definitely bigger than normal!
any help would be great, thanks!

ohhh yeah I remember that!!!! I think most women go through that, I always felt really bloated, and found drinking something fizzy like soda water helps heaps to make you burp (I can't make myself burp).

that's a good tip, thanks for that will try it!
I'm at a funny stage at the moment where i'm not really feeling many pregnancy symptoms now, can you lose your baby without bleeding and don't even know it? I am 6 weeks on Sunday. I think i'm being silly but am not feeling symptoms that i had felt a week ago. my boobs are still sore but that's about it. maybe it's just me being a worried Mum! Thanks

The only symptom I really have in the first trimester is exhaustion. It is possible to lose a baby without bleeding ("silent miscarriage") but not common, what you are saying sounds normal.

I'm not quite sure what causes bloating but it sure is a normal sign - so yep you're still pregnant! Actually with this baby I was sure I couldn't get pregnant for another few months so it took a lot of convincing myself that I was actually pregnant in that first trimester lol

ETA: About the time I conceived #3 I went and bought myself some nice, comfy, trim, jeans.... and at the 6 week mark promptly grew out of them so it sounds like you're right on time!

I saw the specialist today and he said that yes bloating is normal as normal gets hahah. I look 6 months pregnant instead of 9 weeks.

It will go down soon. It is really common early ojn in pregnancy because your digestive system has slowed down sooooo much so that baby can get every little bit of goodness from what you eat. I looked VERY pregnant early on and then one day - it just disappeared.
