Breast milk re appearing after a year.

Hi everyone.. Just curious.. Is it normal for milk to start coming out of breasts again after about a year of not breast feeding? I have checked plenty of times before and got none.. Today my milk ducts around nipple or whatever they are called .. are a bit raised and milk comes out when I squeeze slightly.. TMI, sorry... .. lol.. TTC and was just curious whether or not it can be a sign of pregnancy..

Mind you I think im just getting hopes up cos Ive just finished a period that was 3 days late and lasted 6 days like normal.. Have been trying for 4 days now to concieve.. SO probably way to early for pregnancy....

 

I stopped breastfeeding over a year ago now and I'm still lactating. 

Someone I knew started lactating before she'd even started having children.  She went to see the doctor about it and he said it was hormones - the biological clock was dripping.

hmm... it took ages for my milk to dry up after stopping feeding each time, but the only times it has come back randomly like that after being non-existant for a while was when i was pregnant- like a week before my period was due and before i knew i was pregnant.

thnx. Its just so weird how I havent had anything for so long then one day my boobs feel heavy and the milk ducts are up and white and milk coming out.

Its in both boobs so cant be an infection of some type.. mabe it is just a random very odd thing for me...
