Wow, someone else that remembers My Child! I still have mine, I'll have to break her out sometime for DD to be.
I saw Cabbage Patch dolls I think a while ago in Toy World. I'll keep my eyes open over the next week as I do my Xmas shopping.

Sorry I haven't seen any.
Just wanted to add my mum kept my 'my child' and my strawberry patch doll that makes a smell out her mouth when you press the tummy. Cabbage patch dolls were never pretty enough for me lol.
Both my daughters love playing with them and choose them over all other dolls bar one (because my first DD grew up with it).
They look pretty and don't make a horrible noise like most dolls do these days.
Good luck finding a cabbage patch doll

Hi
Well, there are none at Farmers, K-mart or the Wharehouse in either Botany or Manukau and none at Toy World either.
In the meantime, you could purchase from Australia here. It looks like shipping is about $14 (unless you want to spend up big buying extra clothes for the doll too).
Off to Sylvia Park early net week, I'll look there as well...since I cruise the toy isles anyway!

I brought one last year for DD off trademe, brand new in box, think the guy was importing them or something. But maybe try there? I searched everywhere and was going to buy from the states but with the exchange and delivery it was going to cost about $100 lol. Bit too much for a cabbage patch doll!

Sorry Limochick,
I finished my shopping and think I visited every toy store in East Auckland with no luck.
Hope you can find what you are looking for.
